1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of the TaxeriPath platform and its services. By creating an account or accessing the service, you agree to these Terms.

2. Definitions

  • “Service” means the TaxeriPath web platform and related digital tools.
  • “User” means an individual or organization accessing the Service.
  • “Content” means data, files, or documents uploaded or processed through the platform.

3. Eligibility and Account

  • Provide accurate registration details and maintain credential confidentiality.
  • You are responsible for all activities under your account.
  • Notify us of unauthorized access or suspected breaches immediately.

4. Service Overview

TaxeriPath provides a digital environment for preparing and optimizing tax declarations. Outputs are intended as structured assistance for users and must be reviewed by a qualified professional when required by law.

5. Fees and Billing

  • Service fees are displayed on the Pricing page and charged in Canadian dollars.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled via account settings.
  • Taxes and applicable charges are calculated according to jurisdiction.

6. Acceptable Use

  • Do not upload unlawful, false, or harmful material.
  • Do not attempt to disrupt or compromise platform security.
  • Do not use the Service to store or transmit unauthorized data.

7. User Content

  • You retain ownership of your uploaded data and documents.
  • You grant TaxeriPath a limited license to process the data for service delivery only.
  • You are responsible for ensuring your content complies with legal and ethical standards.

8. Third-Party Services

TaxeriPath may integrate with external tools or services. Use of third-party services is governed by their respective policies and terms.

9. Disclaimer

The Service is provided “as is” without warranty or guarantee. While TaxeriPath maintains accuracy and reliability, we do not assume responsibility for tax outcomes or errors due to incorrect user inputs.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TaxeriPath shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from use or inability to use the Service.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold TaxeriPath harmless from claims, damages, or liabilities resulting from your misuse of the Service or violation of these Terms.

12. Service Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Monthly Plans: cancel anytime; access remains until the end of the billing cycle. Charges for the current cycle are non-refundable.
  • Annual Plans: cancel anytime; access continues until the term ends. Partial refunds are not issued unless required by consumer law.
  • Trial Periods: if offered, automatically convert to paid plans unless cancelled before expiry.

13. Modifications

We may update or modify the Service to improve performance or comply with legal requirements. Material updates will be communicated in advance when possible.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Canada and the Province of Ontario. Disputes will be resolved by competent courts located in Ontario, unless otherwise required by law.
